In 2002, ShvaveyMetal made a significant technological move by shifting to advanced manufacturing with 5-axis CNC machining centers.
This transition laid the foundation for our current capabilities, enabling us to produce complex components with high precision, improved repeatability, and stronger process control.
Expanding Group Capabilities
Over the years, ShvaveyMetal developed as part of Shani Group, which includes three complementary companies: ShvaveyMetal Ltd., Nadiv Metal Coating and Treatment Ltd., and Yatzig Industrial Services Ltd.
Nadiv was founded in 2006 and specializes in surface treatments, including electroplating and metal finishing solutions.
Yatzig was acquired in 2019, expanding the group’s capabilities in finishing, painting, industrial services, and assemblies.
This structure enables us to support customers across the production chain; from precision CNC machining to coating, finishing, and assemblies.
Transition to Full Automation
In 2020, ShvaveyMetal completed a significant transition to full automation as part of its ongoing investment in advanced manufacturing technologies.
The integration of robotics, advanced CNC systems, and ERP-based production management improves process stability, repeatability, productivity, and traceability throughout production.
From a Family Facility to Advanced Manufacturing
Today, we operate from a modern 3,000 sqm facility and employ 85 professionals across production, engineering, CNC machining, quality, operations, and assembly.
We provide a Full Turnkey solution that includes precision CNC machining, finishing, coatings, dedicated painting, mechanical assemblies, electromechanical assemblies, and wiring.
Despite our technological development and expanded capabilities, ShvaveyMetal remains a family-owned company at its core, with personal responsibility, commitment to quality, and precision at the heart of our work.
